Service Description
This one-month trial gives you up to five personalised training sessions at a discounted introductory rate. Each session is tailored around your goals, current fitness level, and any specific areas you want to improve. You can choose between: - Online coaching - In-person training (Price varies) Motion works with a range of trainers who specialise in different disciplines: strength, conditioning, fat loss, martial arts, mobility, and more. You’ll be matched with the trainer who best fits your goals and is based in your area (for in-person sessions). Sessions are flexible and scheduled directly with your trainer, allowing you to choose times that fit your routine. This trial is designed to give you a full experience of Motion’s coaching style, structure, and support so you can confidently decide whether you want to continue after the month.
